PiiGAB wants to assist you anyway possible should you encounter any problems with our products. Our products have been divided into different product groups where each group has their own department for commonly asked questions so called FAQ. RMA
If you are sure that you have a hardware problem, it is handled as an RMA and the product is sent to us for inspection.
When an RMA is sent to us, please follow the following procedures:
Email a list of all devices that are not working with serial numbers to our RMA email:

Information about what may have caused the error, as this is an excellent way to improve our products. Therefore, we are grateful for a detailed description and information about the error
