PiiGAB wants to assist you anyway possible should you encounter any problems with our products. Our products have been divided into different product groups where each group has their own department for commonly asked questions so called FAQ. Hopefully this segment will help you to move forward with your problem.


If you are sure that you have a hardware problem, it is handled as an RMA and the product is sent to us for inspection.

When an RMA is sent to us, please follow the following procedures:

Email a list of all devices that are not working with serial numbers to our RMA email:

Device type, Serial number
Error description
Information about what may have caused the error/problem. we see this as an excellent way to improve our products. Therefore, we are grateful for a detailed description and information about the error or problem

Can't find the information you are looking for? Let us know with an email to support@piigab.se. We also want to recommend our manuals and our "getting started" documents that you will find under downloads section in the respective product. The documents include valuable information on how to proceed.

If you are looking for features or if you find that something is not working as expected, do not hesitate to contact us so we can adjust the help files or include the features at the next update.
