Water meter M-Bus
GSD8-RFM is a dry-running single-beam impeller meter suitable for measuring water consumption in apartments and townhouses.
The meter is MID type approved as a billing meter (R = 100 and option R = 160). The meter can be mounted both horizontally and vertically.
The measured volume is registered on a rolling digit counter (m³) with 5 integers and 3 decimal places. For easier and more secure optical reading, the meter's counter can be rotated 360 °.
The module for wired (RFM-MB1) M-bus output which follows EN13757-3 for connection to various M-bus measured value collection systems. When communicating with the meter, the secondary address of the meter is the same as the secondary address of the M-bus module. The meter can also be programmed with a primary address between 1 and 250. The wired M-bus module is powered via the M-bus system and has a backup function which means that the module continues to register for one year in the event of failure of the M-bus system. The M-bus module for wireless communication is powered by a 10+ 1 year battery. The meter main registration does not require a power supply.
