Magnetic Sensor
The magnetic sensor alarms as soon as a door or window is opened or closed. It is possible to use an external reed relay and magnet, as well as the internal built-in reed relay to increase the unit's functionality.
The unit consists of two parts; a magnet and a sensor. A wireless M-bus message is sent each time it is separated or returned.
The total number of openings is sent every 15 minutes using the wireless M-bus protocol. This makes the sensor ideal for integration into data collection systems for energy management and control of heating and ventilation.
