The leak alarm sounds as soon as a leak is detected. The device detects water leakage on the floor when when it is connected to a detector cable or other sensor that conducts current when exposed to water.
The unit supports up to two leakage cables and can be used where leakage can occur, for example under a dishwasher, in the basement, or anywhere where a leakage may occur.
Each message contains the leakage status and battery level. The message is sent at a configured interval or as soon as a leak is detected.
Battery life up to 16 years (typically 14 years) depending on configuration and operating temperature.
