Integrity policy regarding PiiGAB org nr556359-6781, from now on in this document referred to as ”PiiGAB” and information concerning the handling and personal information. In connection to the moment where you and / or your company is establishing any form of agreement with PiiGAB, or when you subscribe to our newsletter, you accept the terms for us handling your personal information according to this policy. At PiiGAB, we respect data integrity and it is our priority to protect data, prevent misuse and data loss. All data is handled in accordance with the EU Regulation General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and other applicable data protection regulations.

What information do we collect?

PiiGAB collects names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers to our customers and others who has signed up for our newsletter. For this collected information PiiGAB is responsible.

You are always entitled to the right to receive information regarding your person and you can request correction or deleting of this information.

How do we store the information collected?

PiiGAB store information via cloud based services and / or in our support-, CRM-, and business system. For these services we use for example distributors such as Groove, Google/Google Docs, Lime Easy and Visma Administraiton. In addition, we also use Word press and Mailchimp.

How do we use the information collected?

PiiGAB use the collected information for customer service, sending offers to existing and potential customers and to establish and care for customer relations. In addition, the information is used for statistics and development/enhancing of our products, services and offers and also to improve our support.

We never forward information to third party, for marketing.

For how long do we store the information?

Customer information is stored for as long as the relation is existing and at most a year after officially concluded relation, if the client has not at an earlier point asked for deleting of information.

Email addresses for newsletter subscriptions are saved as long as the subscription is active.

We continuously work on updating our registers for them to be correct and up to date.
